How can Arab peoples fight for the liberation of Al Qods (Jerusalem) and Palestine, and support the resistance against the occupier when they have not yet fought the battle of liberation from ignorance, backwardness, poverty, and begging?
How can the peoples of the Arab world unite and stand with the resistance when they are still suffering from fragmentation, division, irrationality, selfishness of opinion, and ranks of treachery, betrayal, stabbing in secret and public?
How can an Arab citizen express his anger towards the occupier and his solidarity with martyred Gaza and with the steadfast resistance alone in the field of battle when he is still suffering from marginalization, oppression, fear, censorship, and lack of freedom of expression except for freedom of nonsense, foolishness, libertinism, and opportunism?
How can Arab peoples, who have been stripped of their identity, language, religion, and dignity, claim the independence of Palestine when they have not yet achieved full independence, and are still under the yoke of colonialism politically, economically, and culturally even with the help of its collaborators?
How can Arab communities demand the opening of crossings to Gaza when their mouths are still sealed out of fear that they might be broken or smashed much like in a slave market?
How an Arab person can rises up against the injustice and the genocide that besieged Gaza when he remains unable to awaken from the anesthesia induced by the media?
How can Arab woman claim rights and dignity for Palestinian women when she herself has not been able to regain her rights, which they have been lost between belly dancing and high-end prostitution, between cowardly masculinity and restricted freedom?
How can an Arab child saves his Palestinian friend and screams in the face of the occupier’s violence and tyranny when he is imprisoned by digital and television screens, the walls of indulgence, selfishness, and his spiritual and cultural void?
How can an Arab intellectual lead popular marches and solidarity with the Palestinian people against the massacres of the occupation when he has secluded himself in his tower of selfishness, into the silence and immodesty. Moreover, his intellectual fortress has been penetrated by the falsehoods of enemy’s ideology, and he has sold his conscience and morality to the caravans of Eastern and Western exploitation?
How can an Arab artist sing the resistance and the Palestinian revolution when he has accumulated his wealth from vulgar art, belly dancing, obscene talk, and false nationalism?
How can an Arab politician defend the independence of the Palestinian people and their right to life, and condemn the colonizer, when he keeps his mouth shut when it comes to speaking the truth in his own country, and he ignores the suffering and demands of his citizens, by shutting his political party to free and honorable men as well as to guilty conscience?
How can a faqih (a theologian) issues a fatwa on fighting and standing with the Palestinian resistance and criminalizing normalization with the occupier who slain humans, trees, and stones, while he is still issuing fatwas that prohibits killing flies and mosquitoes, the use of Swiss perfume, and reciting verses of peace and death, without prohibiting the eradication of humans, and interpreting verses of solidarity in the Quran: “if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them.”
How can an Arab critic…?..?
Am I asleep, or have I emerged from my reality?
