In the context of the farcical war waged under American auspices against ISIS. In one of its parts, the American strategy has been to keep the remaining militants of the terrorist organization, to reinvest them and employ them in the context of achieving a number of regional and international goals, and given that the American maestro is still establishing a sustainable presence in the Syrian geography as well as Iraq, this matter opened many The political and military doors, in terms of some forces exploiting the American endeavor, and employing it to serve and achieve their interests in the Syrian geography.

Within this framework, the imperatives of reviving ISIS have become a strategic goal and a trump card in the hands of the Americans, and on the other hand, they serve Turkish and Kurdish interests alike.

In clearer terms, the importance of the presence of ISIS in eastern Syria appears to be great and of mutual benefit and multiple results for all the forces of military control there, which makes them jointly seek to install ISIS again, within the frameworks of an agreement that allows Washington and its axis to lift the cover from it at any time that requires a political turn in the region Therefore, the return of ISIS or its summons again achieves three goals, which can be summarized as follows:

First – Washington, Ankara and the SDF are seeking to tighten their military grip on their areas of control, whether those areas witness local conflicts or political consensus.
Secondly – Washington and its center “Ankara and the SDF”, each of them seeks to assert his right to the Syrian geography based on the determinants of fighting terrorism or the fear of its return again, regardless of the aforementioned trends, but terrorism creates common denominators between forces and parties, including differences and conflicts in Syrian geography.

Third – Exploiting the term terrorism to cover up policies and procedures that are being implemented, and their owners do not want them to spread and interact with them, and there is nothing more important than the issue of ISIS in keeping everyone busy, and covering up topics classified as less important.

All of these goals take us to a part centered on the return of ISIS operations and their steadily multiplication in separate areas of eastern Syria, which indicates that the ISIS card has reappeared again, and it may be the beginning of a strong return to be established under American auspices. It would cover up Washington’s policies throughout northeastern Syria. The issue of ISIS also covers the policies and practices of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the region, especially two very important issues; The first is the war it is waging against the Arab clans and a number of their elders, and the second is racist and extremist policies despite the bright slogans they raise and sing, including the continuation of the recruitment of children, and the issuance of the decision to manage the property of the absentees, which means seizing the property of the displaced residents of the region, in addition, the return of ISIS allows Turkey, under the pretext of fighting terrorism, to strengthen its presence in Idlib, justify protecting its borders, and continuing to penetrate deep into Syrian geography, under the pretext of fighting terrorism and confronting it.

The terrorist organization ISIS still poses a real threat, threatening security and stability in the countries of the region, specifically in Syria and Iraq, as the terrorist organization still maintains formations of militants and active and sleeper cells, which may return to the scene as soon as the American green light is given. The scene on both sides of the Euphrates in Iraq and Syria in recent weeks, is that this organization is currently trying in earnest to gather its remnants and reorganize its ranks, and send messages on the ground through which it seeks to achieve two goals: the first is to confirm that it still exists and is capable of disturbing the sleep of the countries of the region. The second is to feel the pulse towards the possibility of its re-emergence, especially among the general public, and the possibility of finding social incubators for it, especially among the marginalized and poor classes, whose situation has become even more narrow, as a result of the repercussions of the continuation of the conflict in Syria.

In conclusion, the escape of many ISIS terrorists who are being held in SDF prisons, is a process that would not have taken place without effective and influential external support and US-Turkish coordination, which means that this organization is still a major player in the American and Turkish trends in the region, and that this organization is still It constitutes a trump card, which may achieve political returns with long-term strategic benefits. Accordingly, the revival of ISIS may be an urgent American demand at this highly sensitive and sensitive time regarding developments in Syria and Iraq.
