Since the details of the American cooperation with the Syrian Democratic Forces “Qasd Militia” in the north-east of Syria became clear, it became clear the cooperation mechanism they are adopting, to enable both parties to achieve their goals. The relationship, before the international community, on the basis that both parties are well-intentioned, in terms of the approach that took place between a superpower, the United States, and a splinter group claiming to own part of northern Syria, under the clause of Kurdish nationalism, which for the Syrian state exists, and is one of The basic components of the Syrian fabric, but the flimsy excuses they must offer to each other.
Since Iraq began fighting ISIS elements, and with the beginning of the American failure regarding the possibility of achieving the goal of establishing an Islamic state in the Middle East, and according to the words of former US Secretary of State “Hillary Clinton”, who said in a video clip published by the “Global Research” website in 2016. “America was the one who created and financed al-Qaeda organization ISIS when the Soviet-Afghan war was at its height,” the website quoted Hillary Clinton as saying: “Those we are fighting now are the ones we funded 20 years ago,” adding: “Let’s use these mujahideen.” We brought them from many places, especially Saudi Arabia, to defeat the Soviet Union.”
Thus, there are several points that must be highlighted, in order to understand the essence of the American strategy, and to employ this in the context of its policies, in order to narrow down its strategic competitors:
First: The international competition for world leadership, between the United States and the Russian Federation, exists and has not ended, especially with progress on all levels for Russia, despite the dismantling of the Soviet Union.
Second: Heading towards West Asia after completing control of Central Asia, which has not yet culminated in happy endings for Washington, due to the statesmanship of Russian President Vladimir Putin in maintaining strong foreign diplomatic relations with Afghanistan, Pakistan and Kazakhstan.
Third: It was necessary to be present in Iraq to complete the American circle around the world, to impose a special region that they were unable to achieve on the ground, due to the resistance of the free peoples in Egypt and Syria, and the failure to realize the Western American dream in particular.
Fourth: Moving from the policy of imposing a fait accompli, to the policy of American political camouflage, to drag the region into geopolitical conflicts by involving so-called political Islam in the battle, and it has succeeded to some extent.
Thus, within the series of the American scheme, it has become clear and understandable what is happening in the north-east of Syria, which is not far from being an attempt by Washington to re-destabilize the region, and explode the situation in Iraq and Syria, and this is not new. Iraq has witnessed since 2003 and Syria since 2011, what can be called , by employing terrorism and investing it politically and militarily, and accordingly Washington wants to re-spread the phenomenon of ISIS, as a name for global and international circulation, and to exploit the fragility of the political situation in the crisis areas, to occupy them, as in northern Syria, to show Washington as the only force capable of bringing peace to the conflict areas, as well as to American efforts to strike at the Russian and Syrian initiatives related to northeastern Syria.
