With the continuation and continuation of the Israeli aggression against Gaza, His Excellency Bishop Atallah Hanna, Greek Orthodox Archbishop of Sebastia in occupied Palestine, sent a message to the free people of the world in which he said:

Dear brothers and sisters all
The aggression is still ongoing and ongoing, and is even becoming more barbaric and cruel, as if the plan drawn up by this barbaric military machine is to liquidate the existence of our people and destroy everything in proud Gaza. I have made several calls and launched several initiatives from spiritual, humanitarian and legal authorities demanding that this aggression and this war be stopped. barbarism
But it seems that the occupation leaders and those who support them in the West apply what was once said in the Bible (they have ears, but do not hear; they have eyes, but do not see). Unfortunately, these people only see and see what is in their colonial, hateful, racist interest in this blessed part of the world.

His Eminence Bishop Atallah Hanna explained:
Gaza is completely targeted, as is the West Bank, as well as Jerusalem. All of Palestine, its people are suffering
But today Gaza is being bombarded with missiles and missiles brought from the West in order to kill our people, orphan our children, and burn everything green and dry.
His Excellency Bishop Atallah Hanna stated:
What I would like to say this morning is that we, as Christians and Muslims in this East, are one family. We will not be separated by any hateful sectarian rhetoric, whatever its source or whatever party is promoting it.
We should not pay any attention to any speech that aims to incite hatred, fragmentation, and disintegration in our societies, all of us in one trench.
It is true that there are conspirators who seek to divide us and stir up strife within our ranks and among us.
But we must confront this discourse with awareness, wisdom, and sobriety.

Bishop Atallah Hanna continued:
Look at Gaza and what is happening there. This occupation and this aggression does not distinguish between a church and a mosque. It does not distinguish between a Muslim and a Christian. It does not distinguish between a Christian or Islamic institution.
They are threatening, they are threatening to bomb the Orthodox school, as well as the Orthodox Cultural Center in Gaza, this ancient center that served our people there and which stood by our people there, and today there are a number of displaced Gazans who have taken refuge in this Christian institution, which embraces them with all love.
They are threatening to bomb this building, which is a large, new and modern building that was inaugurated less than two years ago.
We must say to those who launch these speeches, perhaps unconsciously, or perhaps due to a lack of wisdom or responsibility, while they are abroad, as if the conflict is a religious conflict, and they talk about the cross and the crescent, etc.
In fact, we are in Palestine and in this East. We are one family.

His Eminence Bishop Atallah Hanna confirmed:
The occupation targets us all. The occupation that targets Al-Aqsa is the same that targets Christian sanctities and endowments, and it is the same that targets the Musabahim for their presence, steadfastness, and steadfastness in this sacred spot in the world.

Beloved, let our compass today be the afflicted Gaza. We must not allow anyone to shift the compass towards other directions.
We are the owners of this land, we are the sons of Palestine, Christians and Muslims, the sons of this entire East, the Arab East, Christians and Muslims, we are all in one trench, defending our homelands, defending our just causes, defending the Palestinian cause, which is the cause of Christians, as it is the cause of Muslims, as it is the cause of all free people in this world.

Today, the demonstrations that roam the world capitals involve people of all religions, Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc. Their unity is Gaza, their unity is the Palestinian issue. Therefore, it is not permissible to turn the conflict into a religious conflict because it is not. It is a conflict between truth and falsehood. It is a conflict between a people who want to live in freedom, dignity and occupation. He and those who support him seek to liquidate this Palestinian cause, which is the most noble and just cause in modern human history.

His Eminence Bishop Atallah Hanna stressed:
Dear friends, on this morning, I renew my appeal and demand, and with us in this appeal and demand are all the loved ones, all the friends, and all the free people of our Arab nation, and the free people from the east and west of the earth, who are from all religions, sects, and cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Together, we raise our voices loudly and demand
If this war stops, enough blood, enough destruction, enough devastation.
It is time for Gaza to live in safety and peace
But where is the safety and peace from this brutal aggression, this destruction, and this devastation?
How many children must be killed in order for the war to stop? Is it required that all of Gaza be annihilated and all its children killed in order for this war to stop?
Let this war stop immediately and quickly, in order to prevent bloodshed and devastation.
