In parts of my country there are criminal occupiers who steal and plunder the goods and wealth of my country, including oil, gas and wheat, and before all this they looted, stole and destroyed everything they could reach, so the soil of my country was overflowing with thousands of martyrs, wounded and injured, and the Syrians were deserted and the injured does not depend on the physical wound, but To psychological wounds, panic and fear, they destroyed the infrastructure of the Syrian state, they blew up water and dams and poisoned them, they created terrorist organizations with special names, the “White Helmets”, to accuse the Syrian state of using internationally prohibited chemicals, and throughout my country Syria they prevented people from air, they stole Water from the source, as Turkey did in the Euphrates Dam, they tried to divide Syria by distributing their roles through their agents and their elements on the ground, so the Americans occupied the northeast, and the Turkish regime the northwest, and they began to share shares, and to exploit the separatist SDF militia members, to achieve their plans in the division, they stole and destroyed the Syrian antiquities, They assassinated scholars and the elite in my homeland, destroying stones and trees.

In politics, they implemented the decision to expel the Syrian state from representing itself in Arab councils and conferences, as the so-called “League of Arab States” did, by a decision of the State of “Qatar”. This terrorist war and its repercussions caused the fall and cracking of many buildings in the areas affected by terrorism. Factors that help secure the survivors. The time factor in rescue operations is one of the most important factors that delayed Syria’s role in recovery, despite its great efforts to improve what was destroyed by the terrorist war.

Over the years of this war, the Syrian state has been confronting lies, rumors, and misinformation in the political and military media, and after its victory and liberation of the occupied territories, it is trying to demand an end to the economic blockade, which has exhausted the Syrian people, to play its active role in reconstruction, as the unjust “Caesar’s law” and unilateral and coercive measures towards Syria It constituted one of the biggest reasons that increased the suffering of the Syrian people, and made Syria unprepared for such disasters, so that the American administration came and returned its media cylinder and denied the sanctions it imposed on the Syrian state, but thanks to popular, Arab and international pressure, it was forced to expose itself again with a misleading decision regarding the partial freeze.

And the temporary for some of the lethal coercive and unilateral measures it imposes on the Syrian people, which are a repeat of previous sham decisions aimed at giving a false humanitarian impression, as they provided for alleged exceptions for humanitarian purposes and the facts proved their falsity.

Here and in my homeland, Syria, and despite the pain, the people came together, supported each other, supported and protected each other. The human values in my homeland are well-established, firm and authentic, and we do not forget the humanitarian stance of the friendly and brotherly countries that provided aid in all its forms to the Syrian people. I thank the State of Iraq, the State of Algeria, the State of the Emirates, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the State of the Russian Federation, the State of India, the State of Egypt, the State of Libya, the State of Jordan, the State of Armenia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Tunisia, the State of Cuba, the State of Venezuela, the states of Belarus, and all the countries that contributed to removing the effects of the earthquake and the humanitarian disaster that afflicted my homeland, Syria, as well as The immortal President Hafez al-Assad said: “Adversities are a test of people’s metal, and a test of their originality.
